I couldn’t help but smile in disbelief at her. “You listened well when Quinn told you what to do,” she told Morgan as if it were a joke. “I never would have left you.”
I gave Taylor a smug look and she chuckled through her tears. “I hate them because they’re true,” I joked. “I want you to know exactly what you’re fighting for,” she joked back, before giving me one last kiss. “Does it taste as bad as it smells?”
Morgan side-eyed me, almost putting the cup to her lips. “I was just noticing. “You fooled me, Quinn. Even if I’m in the room.”
“Um, I didn’t want to have sex with him anymore anyways,” Taylor replied in a weirded out voice. “I’m sure you would gladly say no to her for this.”
I chuckled back, opening up my text messages. It’s childi- no, sorry, not that, but it’s unrealistic. I was already in a foul mood, and Taylor’s reply didn’t help.
