I nodded my head, mainly because the girls were streaming in thickly now, it seemed I was in charge of a combination of two year levels…. As we filed into the restaurant, Donna rushed over to greet me, giving me a big hug, “Damn, good to see you Joe, took your sweet time coming to say hi” she scolded good naturedly before turning to give Anne a more modest hug, “just watch yourself around this rogue…he can be a bit ‘handsy’ she chuckled, “though maybe he’s getting a bit long in the tooth for those shenanigans” she laughed. Heading home, I saw car lights going up the left side of the house as we got the front gate, “that will be Beth” I commented, the girls piled out as we stopped in the carport, “could you give the girls their ‘goodnight kisses’ please, I want to have a chat to Ben” I said to Anne, she kissed me and ground her mound onto me, “don’t be too long” she winked.
